These Terms of Service govern your use of the ANIMA Robotics website and participation in the ANIMA-001 early-access program. By using this website or requesting early access, you agree to these terms.

Early-access program

Joining the waitlist expresses your interest in ANIMA-001. It does not guarantee access, availability, a particular release date, pricing, or the opportunity to purchase a product. We may change, pause, or end the program at any time.

Your account

Early-access registration uses Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for the accuracy of the information associated with it. You may not use the service unlawfully, impersonate another person, interfere with the website, or attempt to bypass its security controls.

Communications

If you separately consent to product updates, we may contact you about ANIMA-001 availability and related news. Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time. Essential messages concerning your registration or these terms may still be sent when necessary.

Intellectual property

The website, ANIMA Robotics name, ANIMA-001 name, logos, visual materials, text, and product concepts are owned by ANIMA Robotics or its licensors. These terms do not grant permission to copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use them.

Availability and warranties

The website and early-access program are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or that ANIMA-001 will be released with any particular capability.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ANIMA Robotics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or early-access program. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information connected with the early-access program.
